Ways to Pay
- The easiest method is to pay as you register here on the site through Paypal.
- You can also click the payment link in your confirmation email to return to the site at anytime to make a payment.
- If you have already registered, you can also visit the participants page and click the link beside your name to make a payment.
- If you are coming from out of town and would prefer to pay by check, after you register you will recieve an address to mail your payment.
Please check your email for payment information.
Important Notice
We will NOT be accepting payment for the tournament at the door. Please make arrangements to have your registration paid for by the deadline, August 15, 2011.
PLEASE remember that even if you are registered for the tournament here on the site your spot is not official until payment has been received. Once we have your payment we will list you as PAID as soon as possible on the participants page.
Reimbursement
We understand that plans can change at any time. If you have paid your entry fee and need to cancel your registration prior to the payment deadline, August 15, 2011, we will gladly refund your money. The refund will most likely be in the same form as you paid, i.e. a Paypal payment will be refunded to your Paypal account, etc. If you paid your registration but will not be able to attend, and wish to transfer your paid registration to another player, please email us all the pertinent information regarding the transfer, mainly the name of who will be taking your spot.
After the August 15 deadline we reserve the right to decline repayment requests dependent upon the number of paid participants and the “bottom line” of our tournament costs. That’s not to say that we absolutely will not refund your money after August 15 but we have to make sure our bills are paid first!
